2/20/14 Noveller played at Silent Barn, but not the main space but in the living room of a residential apartment annex two flights up in the same building. Noveller (aka Sarah Lipstate) creates evocative soundscapes and compositions with layered guitar phrases and sounds, both played and looped live. The set was short and sweet, encoring with a bombastic filmic piece where her guitar tones seem to emulate a male chorus.
